Planing Techniques for solving the problem
The two main planning techniques to plan key elements of the change process are the method of problem solving and critical thinking. A problem can be defined as something that has no known solution. From that situation company can apply a wide range of tools and techniques to find out the problem and assess the solution against success and failure. (Schiller, 1994). Tools for Creative thinking:
3.1 Brain Storming: Brain storming is a kind of generating a flood of new ideas. It provides a condition in which the all members of the department can think and arise their ideas to the head of the department of Toyota. Brain storming method is consist of the following lines such as Composition of the group: a group of maximum fifteen members and a leader of good experience and opinions. Composition of the group is an important factor because the hierarchy of the structure of group is depends on the superiors or sub ordinates. Leadership: Leadership of the group Toyota is an admirable factor in their business scenario. The leader of the group will determine the initiation, composition, and duration of the problem that is find out from the brain storming. Before the brain storming session leader can outline the problem held in their analysis it can be financial crisis that happened in their past. During the session leader should be apply all the rules according to their findings. Leader can express the ideas and with mentioning some good examples. Leader must ensure that no one disparage the ideas of other participant. Procedure: Participant in the brain storming must have some mutual understanding and acceptances of ideas that arise during the session. All ideas must be written down and sketch out according to the nature and findings of the problems. Evaluation: the result of the session should be reviewed by the expert to find a possible solution. 3.2 Fish Bone Analysis: Fish bone diagram or cause and effect diagram is invented by kaoru Ashikaga in 1968. This is a causal diagram using to identify the potential factors causing on the company. Causes are usually grouped into six major categories. People: Toyota aimed or targeted people like family, teen ages, and children for their product arrivals. Process: the process of the design of the ten hybrid cars is in the original style and legacy of Toyota company. Equipment: equipment using for the arrival of the new model is technically maintained in their function. It must be multifaceted and spacious in its work. This type of evaluation incorporates a human factor into the equation. It is using in the place where an agreement is required. The different stages of different conditions are as follows: High quality – High acceptance: a move to new model to satisfy specific Technic requirements.
